Storing your Lawnmower

arning:- This product is heavy, use
extra care when lifting.
•W
arning:- Be careful when folding han-
dles to prevent entrapment of fingers.
Before storage, ensure that the front
height of cut is at its lowest (V1). Failure
to ensure this will prevent the product
from fitting into the grassbox (V2).
1. Remove the Grassbox and place in front
of the product (V3).
2. Push the product halfway into the Grassbox,
3. Unlock the Cam Locks on the Lower
Handle (W1) and fold the Handles forward
over the product (W2).
4. Push the product further into the Grassbox
(W3) until the top of the Lower Handle locates
under the Grassbox Hook (W4).
5. Lock the Cam Locks on the Lower Handle
6. Unlock the Cam Locks on the Upper Handle (X1) and
fold it over to meet the Lower Handle (X2). Leave
the Cam Locks unlocked.
7. Wrap the cable around the Handle using the hook on
the Cable Hooks (Y2) and the Grassbox (Y1).
8. Store your product in a cool, dry place where it is
protected from damage
Transporting your Lawnmower
Your product can be transported by unfolding the Upper
Handle from its storage position, locking the Cam Locks
and pulling it along on its roller (Z1)
Caring for your Lawnmower
Cleaning (T)
USE GLOVES
IMPORTANT It is very important that you keep your lawn-
mower clean. Grass clippings left in any of the air intakes or
under the lawnmower could become a potential fire hazard.
1. Remove grass from under the lawnmower with brush.
2. Using a soft brush - remove grass clippings from all
air intakes, the discharge chute and the grass box.
3. Remove the Blade, see Figure S, to gain access to
the Fan and clean with a soft brush.
4. Wipe over the surface of your lawnmower with a dry cloth.
IMPORTANT Never use water for cleaning your lawn-
mower. Do not clean with chemicals, including petrol, or
solvents - some can destroy critical plastic parts.
At the End of the Mowing Season
1. Replace Blade, Bolts, Nuts or Screws, if necessary.
2. Clean your lawnmower thoroughly.
3. Make sure that the electric cable is coiled properly.
